Why is ShowingTeam rebranding to RealTeam3?
We’ve evolved. ShowingTeam was born to help agents cover showings – but we’ve grown into something much bigger (and better). RT3 – short for RealTeam3 – reflects our broader vision: helping agents accomplish any task they’d need a team for, beyond just showings.
What does RealTeam3 stand for?
RealTeam3 represents the three pillars of our platform:
- New agents – gaining experience and income as they build their business
- Busy agents – juggling business/life without the overhead of a full team
- Brokerages – improving recruitment, retention, and productivity
It’s a three-way win – powered by trained, trusted agents within your brokerage.
Do I need to download a new app?
Nope! The app you already have will automatically update with the new branding.
Will my account, jobs, or history change?
Not at all. This is a visual and branding update – everything else stays the same.
What’s new with RealTeam3?
Payments are now streamlined and can be handled directly within the app. More updates coming soon!
Is the RealTeam3 app still for brokerages only?
YES. Our platform still keeps all jobs within the same brokerage – with trusted, trained agents picking them up.
Will anything change with pricing or billing?
For agents, nothing changes – it’s business as usual! For brokerages, we have new pricing models worth checking out. Contact adam@realteam3.com for more info.
